1. What is MagPoints and how does it work?
The MagPoints loyalty program lets you earn credits for visiting ValueMags, taking surveys and completing partner offers. MagPoints credits can be redeemed for gift cards and magazine subscriptions. 

2. How do I join MagPoints?
Choose any free magazine at and you’re automatically enrolled in the MagPoints program. Visit the Rewards Page to find out how to start earning credits. Use the MagPoints credit counter, in the top-right corner of any page, to see your available credit balance.

3. Why don’t I earn MagPoints for claiming a free magazine subscription or buying a magazine from
You can’t earn MagPoints when you claim or buy a magazine subscription but once you earn enough MagPoints you can redeem them for great magazine subscriptions.

4. Why isn't my MagPoints credit balance increasing when I visit ValueMags each day?
Your MagPoints balance may stop increasing because: You've signed out of ValueMags. You've visited the site once in the same day already. You're using Private Browsing in Chrome or an equivalent mode in another browser. To turn off Private Browsing close and re-open your browser and login to ValueMags again. You're traveling outside of the US. If you need further assistance, contact ValueMags Support

5. I'm not a US resident, can I still join MagPoints?
No, only U.S. residents (50 U.S. States and D.C.) are eligible to join MagPoints. Also, you can't earn or redeem credits when you're traveling outside of the US.

6. Why can't I sign in to my ValueMags MagPoints account?
ValueMags will help with any questions you have. Simply submit a support request via our online form.

7. Are there any age restrictions on participating?
You must be 18 or older to join MagPoints. Check your ValueMags account to make sure your birthdate and age are correct. Limit one account per household. ValueMags reserves the right to cancel a MagPoints account at anytime.

8. How do I redeem MagPoints for rewards?
As soon as you've accumulated enough credits, go to the Redemptions Page, choose your reward, and complete the checkout process.

9. Can I earn credits by referring my friends to MagPoints?
Check your MagPoints dashboard for the Invite friends offer. If it's available, read the offer description for information about how you earn credits.

10. How do I stop participating in MagPoints?
Follow the directions on the ValueMags Opt-Out page. If you do opt out, you’ll lose your available credits. Please consider redeeming your credits first.

11. I've ordered a reward. How and when will I receive it?
Rewards are sent to the email address associated with your account. If the order is in accordance with the ValueMags terms and conditions your reward will usually be sent within 24 hours unless it requires further review, or the particular Reward you ordered is in limited quantities, backordered, or out of stock, or unless the redemption center states a different schedule or our redemption center or the MagPoints program is experiencing technical problems. If you have a question about a reward redemption, contact ValueMags Customer Support.

12. Can I return or exchange my reward?
No, all redemptions are final after you confirm an order.

13. What are "Lifetime" credits and what's the difference between them and "Available" credits?
Lifetime credits are the total number of credits that you've earned since joining MagPoints. Available credits are the number of credits you can redeem for rewards.

14. My credit balance doesn't look right. How do I verify that it's correct?
Sign out of ValueMags, and then sign back in with the account that you used when you joined ValueMags. If the credit balance still doesn’t look right, contact ValueMags Customer Support.

15. How long does it take to see the points for a purchase or offer completion in my account section?
Our partners report offer completions at varying intervals. Many partners report purchases within 30 minutes to one business day. ValueMags site visits will appear 30 minutes after you visit the site each day.

If it has been more than 1 day and you haven't received credit, please feel free to contact ValueMags support. We would be able to send an inquiry to the partner requesting credit for your purchase at that time.
