Alliance for Audited Media Certifies ValueMags Digital Fulfillment System
-AAM announces rule change; system tracks digital subscription unique opens-


Chicago, January 26, 2017: ValueMags announced it has received certification of its Digital Fulfillment System by the Alliance for Audited Media (AAM). ValueMags is the only company in the industry to have achieved this distinction from the AAM, which is the recognized leader in cross-media verification for the publishing, media, and advertising industries.

AAM concluded that ValueMags’ Digital Fulfillment System complies with the AAM bylaws and rules related to tracking access for sponsored digital subscriptions, as well as industry guidelines and best practices for IT controls.

One of the key features of the ValueMags Digital Fulfillment System is that it accurately tracks the number of unique subscriber opens per each issue to help ValueMags clients qualify these copies as sponsored digital subscriptions on AAM reports.

The certification was conducted in anticipation of a rule change, which was recently announced by the AAM, that will require magazine publishers to show unique opens in addition to proof of delivery for sponsored digital subscriptions and single-copy sales and will be effective with magazines’ July 2017 issues.
