Hard part is keeping fit, not just losing the weight. Magazine has good articles on recipes, health, and wellness. Informative on how to stay healthy!

Multifaceted covering diverse areas
This magazine has a little bit of everything to please most. It has advice on losing weight along with maintaining weight. Tips, recipes and suggestions are a highlight. I especially enjoy reading real people telling their own stories as I find encouragement through them.
