My 9 yr old loves the stories written by other girls like her. She is inspired by the crafts and fun family activities. She loves getting her own mail and has been encouraged and excited by the magazine. Perfect for all young girls whether you have the dolls or not.

My daughter is not into the American Girl dolls, but the magazine does not focus on the dolls, just creative, positive articles that keep her very engaged.

The projects in the magazine are also wonderful.

My daughters love anything "American Girl!" This is a must-have for young girls. I love the way it inspires young girls to embrace their uniqueness and appreciate everyone elses. I think this magazine is great for young girls- especially, if they are as huge a fan as my daughters are of the dolls.
